The construction of a logistic terminal near the Sheremetyevo airport is divided into 2 stages. The first stage area is 31,680 sq.m. The total construction area is 104,000 sq.m.

2,000 sq.m. of office space are under the loading and unloading area. In record time, all construction work was completed, including excavation, construction of a warehouse equipped with all technical means, in particular the air conditioning system.

The uniqueness of this project is that a third of the areas of the complex is allocated for the bonded storage zone.

The railway branch is run to the terminal, which distinguishes it from other similar complexes and ensures flexibility of logistic processes.
