The project is located in the Shchelkovo City, which provides both high transport accessibility and intensive surrounding infrastructure.

The up-to-day warehouse complex meets all requirements for class A warehouses.

As in any of BAUDORF's projects, the technical means and materials used by us meet the highest quality standards.

The ceiling height may vary from 10 m to 12.5 m, which allows both installing the storage rack systems, and placing the bulky cargo. The safety of cargo stocked is ensured by installed fire safety systems, which also include a sprinkler automatic fire extinguishing system and a fire alarm system.

Regardless of the hardest conditions on this construction site, our highly qualified team of architects, engineers and builders was able to complete works ahead of schedule for 1 month.
