The largest ice cream factory in Eastern Europe, which includes the raw material and packaging warehouse, preparation zone and packing zone, is the second stage of the Inmarko ice cream complex (included in the Unilever group of companies).
At the time of building design there was no similar production in Russia, and the western analogs did not meet Russian standards.
The plant includes an energy center, comprising an ammonia refrigeration station, a transformer substation, a compressor station and a boiler house.
The factory has a shock-freezing chamber of up to -45°C, which allows maintaining excellent quality of products for the shortest time of freezing while preserving all useful, flavor and nutritional properties.
