Project description

One of the first A+ logistic complexes in Russia.

The "Leningradskiy Terminal" Warehouse Complex is located 13 km from the Moscow Ring Road, directly on the Leningrad Highway (M-10). This route is the main transport corridor connecting Moscow and St. Petersburg. Further, this traffic artery goes to Finland and Western Europe.

At this project, our company was one of the first to apply LENNOX roof air heating systems, which made it possible to virtually desist from the use of air ducts, and quickly and flexibly adjust the room climate within a wide temperature range.

The project is divided into 5 phases. The area of the 1st phase is 53,000 sq. m., remaining - about 30,000 sq. m.

Office space takes 20,000 sq. m. suitable for further construction of additional 6,000 sq. m. of offices and mezzanine floors.

The project is notable for short deadlines: total period of construction is 2 years.
