Project description

The Russian first international center for research and development of ice cream of Uniliver Company.

The center, designed in accordance with the highest world standards of Unilever in research and development, will create new recipes and formats of ice cream, improve production technology, select new types of raw materials and packaging.

As it was noted in Unilever, the new research center will expand the range of products, and in the future - will prepare innovations in the field of ice cream in Russia, which will spread around the world.

The feature of the experimental laboratory for the ice cream production is that it is a mini full-cycle enterprise, which is a small factory for the ice cream production with a capacity of 0.4 tons per day.
